We are a Medical logistics company seeking qualified, PROACTIVE Logistics Operations Support with PROVEN LEADERSHIP SKILLS to add to our team!
We have the following shifts available:
--->>>Monday-Friday (3:30pm-7:30pm EST)- 20 hours per week-----
--->>>Monday-Friday (6:00pm-10:00pm EST)- 20 hours per week-----
Needs to have experience with mapping tools, GPS technology, tracking, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and communicating with drivers. Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track shipment progress, identify issues, and measure performance metrics.
Experience in monitoring shipments in real-time, tracking delivery progress, and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during transit.
Ensuring accuracy of completeness of documentation on driver apps and compliance with company policies.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth operations, address concerns, and provide updates on shipment status.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve logistical challenges, such as route deviations, vehicle breakdowns, or customer issues, to minimize disruptions and ensure on-time deliveries.
Meticulous attention to detail to verify all packages are properly accounted for, monitor shipment integrity, and detect any discrepancies or errors in documentation or handling.
Experience in leading and coordinating teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Must also have the ability to handle unexpected challenges, such as traffic disruptions, vehicle breakdowns, or last-minute route changes, and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions to the transportation process.
