JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small Australian outdoor travel company seeking a Logistics Manager to support and ensure the smooth running of our operations.
 
This is a long-term, full-time position for someone who is able to work exclusively with us. The role requires strong English communication skills, independent thinking, and consistent day-to-day communication.
 
The nature of this role is highly varied and will suit someone who enjoys learning different skills and systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage trip logistics
* Communicate with clients via email and SMS
* Oversee company permits and compliance reporting
* Purchase company supplies
* Support product research and development
* Assist with admin ad hoc tasks
 
Requirements:
* C2 level English proficiency
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to commit full-time exclusively to our company
 
What We Offer:
* Starting salary of $1150 AUD per month, with annual reviews and potential bonuses
* Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Philippine Time)
* 13th month pay
* Paid sick leave
* 25 flexible paid days off per year (including holidays)

* Fortnightly pay cycle
* No requirement to use TimeProof
