Loan Processor

We are an energetic mortgage company located in Southern California, U.S. We are looking for several full time loan processor/doc drawer/funder to join our team. This is a remote job that you can work from home. you need to know below skills in order to apply it, company is U.S based, working hour is 8:30am to 5:30pm PST Monday to Friday

1. Know how to use ARIVE or similar LOS system

2. Know how to submit loan from ARICVE to different lender portal

3. Know how to process loans from sending initial disclosure on different lender's portal to recording

4. Know how to place appraisal order, order EOI, get escrow title conditions

5. Know how to order WVOE, VOM, rescore, credit supplement

6. Know how to read settlement statement LE, CD

7. know how to fund loans using WLS software is a plus

10. Fluent Mandarin or Spanish (preferred not required) and fluent English (required) Speaking


Personal Characters requirement:

Hard working

Detail oriented

University degree

Minimum WPM 50+
