About You

Are you an experienced Loan Processor with a passion for the financial industry? On behalf of our client, our company is actively searching for a talented professional to join their team. If you possess at least 2 years of experience in the Australian loan market aggregator using MYCRM or INFYNITY, we eagerly await your application!

You should be well versed in end-to-end mortgage application processing from loan origination through to settlement.

In this role, you will:

-Have Knowledge of Mortgage Products: Loan processors need a strong understanding of various mortgage products available in the Australian market, such as fixed-rate mortgages, variable-rate mortgages, interest-only loans, and more.
-Be familiar with the terms, conditions, and features of different loan options in Australia
-Understanding of Lending Guidelines and Regulations: Loan processors must stay up to date with the lending guidelines and regulations set by regulatory bodies like the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and the Australian Securities and -Investments Commission (ASIC). They need to ensure that loan applications comply with these guidelines.
-Communication and Customer Service: Effective communication skills are essential for loan processors to interact with borrowers, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders involved in the loan process. They should be able to explain complex loan terms and requirements clearly and address any questions or concerns from the applicants.
-Time Management and Organization: Loan processors often handle multiple loan applications simultaneously. They need strong organizational skills to manage their workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Efficient time management is crucial to ensure a smooth and timely loan processing experience.
-Loan processors may encounter challenges or obstacles during the loan application process. They should have the ability to identify potential issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve them. Problem-solving skills are vital for ensuring a seamless loan processing experience.
-Strong Analytical Skills: Analytical skills are crucial for loan processors to assess the financial information provided by applicants, such as income, credit history, and employment details. They need to evaluate the borrower's ability to repay the loan and identify any potential risks.


To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

-At least 2 years loan processing or settlement experience
-Experience working for an Australian Financial Service Company or Broker Firm
-Understand Australian mortgages
-Have experience with relevant technology and apply online
-Ethical conduct and clean credit and criminal background history
-Problem-solving abilities
-Understand how to support brokers in the application process
-Strong Attention to Detail: Be able to identify any discrepancies, errors, or missing information in the application and address them promptly
-Demonstrated success in supporting back-office loan processing
-Clear communication skills and English to coordinate with Brokers in managing Clients and application process
