Virtual Assistant for Amazon Europe (FBA, Listings, Design & Troubleshooting)

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to help manage and optimize our Amazon presence across multiple European marketplaces. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Amazon FBA, listing optimization, brand store management, and troubleshooting with Amazon Seller Support.

Responsibilities:
? Amazon Troubleshooting & Support:

Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing issues, account problems, and FBA-related concerns.
Handle stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and customer claims effectively.
? Graphic Design & A+ Content Creation:

Create high-quality A+ Content and Amazon images following our brand book guidelines.
Optimize product visuals for maximum conversion.
? Brand Store Management:

Set up and maintain Amazon Brand Stores for different marketplaces.
Continuously update and improve branding elements.
? Keyword Research & Listing Optimization:

Conduct in-depth keyword research for different European markets.
Optimize product listings, bullet points, and descriptions to improve organic ranking and conversions.
? FBA Inventory & Restocking Advice:

Analyze FBA stock levels and recommend restocking strategies.
Ensure timely inventory replenishment to avoid stockouts.
Requirements:
?? Prior experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
?? Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, listing optimization, and A+ Content creation.
?? Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools for image creation.
?? Proficiency in Amazon SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
?? Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
?? Strong English communication skills (knowledge of other European languages is a plus).
