JOB OVERVIEW

Join our fast-growing company as an English-speaking Technical Support Representative for Datacenter with C1 Level written and spoken English language.

It is a remote full-time position!

Schedule: Mon-Sun; 24/7, 9h shifts, morning, afternoon, night

At Mindy Support you have a great opportunity to get:

Compensation – $850 during probation period (2 months) , then $950
after trial period.

Your responsibilities:

-Provide technical support via email (ticket system) in English
-Assist customers with common issues, including:
* Website downtime and email problems
* Server outages, security breaches, and compromised systems
* Managed server tasks (backups, migrations, configurations)
* Offer internal support for 1st-Level Support inquiries.
-Handle server provisioning, including:
* Setting up new V-Host infrastructure
* Coordinating new customer orders and hardware provisioning
-Monitor server health and proactively react to issues such as:
* Disk failures, packet loss, server downtime
* Spam-related issues within mail infrastructure
* High temperature warnings and performance anomalies


Requirements/
necessary experience:


* Education & Certifications (optional): Bachelor's degree in
IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). Certifications
like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
* Technical Knowledge: Experience working with
computer/server hardware; Linux Shell/Terminal administration
skills (essential); Basic understanding of networking protocols ,
firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring tools; Experience with
Windows Server Administration.
* Experience: 1-3+ years in a NOC, IT support, or Cloud
administration role.
* Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve
network, server, and connectivity issues efficiently.
* Monitoring & IUpgrade to see actual info Management: Experience using NMS
tools, handling alerts, and escalating critical iUpgrade to see actual info.
* Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and
cloud environments.
* Security Awareness: Knowledge of cybersecurity best
practices, intrusion detection, and network hardening.
* Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal/written skills
to document iUpgrade to see actual info and coordinate with teams.
* Cloud Services knowledge
