TPA Services Inc. is a leading Technology Provider and IT organization that has provided 20 years of IT support. Our company provides a range of IT services, and technologies that solve critical problems for clients. We are looking for an experienced full-time Level 3 Senior IT Support Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will provide courteous and professional English verbal and written skills to our clients
- Multi-task while prioritizing service requests
- You will diagnose and resolve Level 3 IT problems quickly and correctly
- You will document of your tasks in our ticketing system
- You will manage our clients network and technical infrastructures
- You will maintain a technical knowledge of the company's technology offerings
- You will implement our company's solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 5 years of relevant Level 3 technical support experience
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with MSP tools such as Connectwise, Bitdefender, etc.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with ticket system software like Zendesk, JIRA, etc.
-You should possess strong documentation skills
-You should have a strong passion for IT and helping people
-You should have clear English verbal and written skills
-Microsoft technology such as Office 365, Microsoft AD, Azure, Exchange & Windows Server
-Strong comprehension of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
-A clear understanding of cybersecurity best practices
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with networking such as Sonicwall, pfSense, Sophos Firewalls
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with creating and maintaining VPN environments
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
-Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2012, and Server 2019
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite end-user support
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with administration and support of Microsoft Office 365
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with managing user accounts via Active Directory

SUPPLEMENTAL EXPERIENCE:
-Previous work experience with an MSP
-Previous work experience with an overseas company in the USA, UK, or Australia

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- You must enclose a CV with your application

- You must have a Windows 10/11 Professional Edition PC (that you do not share with anyone else)
- You must have a noise-canceling headset
