Legal Sales (Criminal Law Telephone Consultations)

we are looking for an outbound sales person- someone who can do a consultation for our sales leads and close the business for a criminal lawyer via telephone. They would need to be empathetic, positive, enthusiastic, punctual and dependable. English must be well spoken and critical thinking, problem solving and solution oriented is a must. This is the most important job for our company as it brings in the sales for our lawyer.

The job: calling prospects at the scheduled appointment time and provide a consultation to them and ultimately get them to hire our firm to represent them, all within the 20 min consultation. We need someone with experience and expertise in closing sales without losing the human side of things. we need someone who is empathetic, compassionate but got also gets business done in the time frame allocated.
