???? Position: Legal Intake Specialist (Remote – U.S. Hours)
???? Shift: Full-time | Overnight PH time (graveyard shift)
????? English: C2 Level REQUIRED (spoken and written)
???? Education: College degree preferred
???? Experience: Sales, customer service, legal, or healthcare = a plus

???? Compensation & Perks:
Training rate: $700/month

After training: $900/month

Incentives: Monthly & quarterly performance bonuses

???? What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact for potential clients by phone or email

Listen and type at the same time while collecting case info

Show empathy while staying professional

Help convert leads into signed clients

Accurately input client info into our CRM

Schedule appointments and collaborate with our team in the U.S.

???? You're a Great Fit If You:
Have C2-level English fluency (you’ll be speaking with U.S. clients daily)

Can multitask: listen, type, talk, and think—at the same time

Are tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and remote tools

Stay calm under pressure and love helping people

Are comfortable working graveyard shifts (U.S. business hours)
