Learning & Development Specialist

Qualification:
• Must be a Juris Doctor or Law Graduate, or other related courses such as Political Science & Foreign Services

We are actively seeking for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to support the learning and development of our caseworkers in terms of US immigration law. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge and align them with the company’s goals and objectives. This position will focus on learning US immigration law. The person would be a source of legal information and how-to’s.

Other Skills / Requirement:
• Must have an experience in project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Proficient in MS Office
• Legal research skills
• Can create learning materials and references in different formats

Duties:
• Study the basics of US Immigration Law
• Study the in depth of US Immigration Law
• Stay updated with the current news and policies about the US Immigration Law
• Search reliable sources for the US Immigration Law
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs in immigration knowledge
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
• Create, update, or improve the learning materials and references for the caseworkers
• Assess the success of development plans and help team members make the most of learning opportunities
