JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

The Lead Researcher / CRM & Dialer Admin / Social Media Specialist is responsible for supporting the company’s lead generation, CRM management, and social media engagement efforts. This role ensures that the business maintains a high-quality lead database, optimizes CRM and dialer operations, and enhances social media presence to drive engagement.
The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to new technologies. While the primary tools in use are Apollo and Go High Level, the systems may change based on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Research & Data Management

Conducts lead research using Apollo, Go High Level, and other prospecting tools to source qualified prospects.
Validates and categorizes leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Maintains and updates the CRM database, ensuring no duplicate or outdated entries.
Monitors lead performance metrics and refines research strategies to improve conversion rates.

2. CRM & Dialer Administration

Manages, configures, and optimizes the Go High Level CRM and dialer system to ensure smooth sales and marketing operations.
Sets up automation workflows, pipelines, and contact management processes to improve operational efficiency.
Troubleshoots CRM and dialer-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime.
Regularly evaluates the performance of CRM and dialer tools, identifying areas for cost and efficiency improvements.

3. Social Media Management

Develops and schedules content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Monitors and responds to messages, comments, and inquiries within a timely manner to improve audience engagement.
Collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with lead generation strategies.
Tracks and reports on social media engagement metrics and suggests improvements based on performance data.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience in lead research and CRM administration.
Proficiency in Apollo, Go High Level, and other lead generation/CRM tools.
Ability to configure and optimize CRM workflows and dialer settings.
Knowledge of social media engagement strategies and content management.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to new systems and tools as business needs evolve.
Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Performance Metrics & Reporting

The performance of this role is evaluated based on:
Lead Volume & Quality: Number of qualified leads sourced per week.
CRM & Dialer Efficiency: Accuracy of data management and system optimization.
Social Media Engagement: Growth in audience interaction and brand visibility.
Response Times: Efficiency in resolving CRM/dialer issues and engaging with social media inquiries.

Technology & System Adaptation

The company may transition to alternative CRM, dialer, or lead research tools based on cost-effectiveness, system performance, and business needs.
The role requires ongoing learning and adaptability to stay updated with emerging tools and best practices.
