Remote Lead Nurture & Sales Specialist
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with strong communication skills and a passion for sales? We’re looking for a Remote Lead Nurture & Sales Specialist to connect with prospects, understand their situation, assess motivation, and qualify them into leads.
This is NOT a heavy cold-calling role – time will often be spent handling pre-set appointments with prospects, qualifying them, and nurturing them through consistent follow-ups. While there may be some outreach to new cold prospects, the primary focus is on engaging warm leads and scheduling follow-up appointments to move them through the acquisitions process.

What You’ll Do:
• Handle Pre-Set Appointments – Speak with prospects who have already scheduled calls, understand their situation, assess motivation, and qualify them as leads.
• Lead Nurture & Follow-Ups – Maintain communication to keep prospects engaged over time.
• Appointment Scheduling – Set and confirm follow-up calls with qualified prospects.
• Cold Calling (Minimal) – Occasionally reach out to new prospects, but the focus is primarily on warm leads.
• Database & CRM Management – Track all interactions, update notes, and ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Market & Property Research – Use tools like Google Sheets and CRMs.
• Admin Support – Keep records organized, assist with scheduling, and streamline workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
• Real estate sales experience is a huge plus
• Elite sales and customer service skills – Ability to build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the process.
• Strong tech skills – Experience with CRMs, Google Docs/Sheets, and digital communication tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented – Ability to track multiple prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Reliable high-speed internet & quiet workspace – A must for remote success.
• Proactive mindset – Ability to take initiative and keep the pipeline moving efficiently.
