About LBH
LBH is a vacant land acquisition company. We run direct mail campaigns that put us in front of property owners who are ready to sell, and we turn those conversations into deals. We move fast, we keep our pipeline full, and everyone on the team owns their numbers.
We're looking for a Lead Manager who loves working warm leads and knows how to turn an interested seller into a booked appointment.
The Role
You are the first point of contact for our sellers. When someone responds to one of our mail campaigns, the lead comes straight to you. Your job is to reach out fast, build rapport, understand their situation and their property, and get them scheduled with our acquisitions team.
These are warm leads. The people you reach out to already raised their hand. Your job is to be quick, friendly, and organized enough that no opportunity slips through the cracks. This is a metrics-driven seat: you'll own your response speed, your appointment-set rate, and your follow-up discipline, with clear targets to hit every week.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to warm, inbound leads quickly. Speed to lead is everything in this role.
- Build genuine rapport and understand each seller's motivation, situation, and timeline.
- Qualify the lead and gather the key property details our acquisitions team needs.
- Set appointments and hand them off cleanly so the acquisitions manager can make an offer.
- Run consistent, organized follow-up on leads that aren't ready to talk yet.
- Keep the CRM accurate and fully updated on every single contact.
- Hit weekly targets for leads worked, sellers engaged, and appointments set.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or inside sales. This is non-negotiable.
- A natural communicator who builds trust and rapport fast.
- Strong listener with real curiosity about people and their situations.
- Highly organized, with disciplined and reliable follow-up habits.
- Comfortable being measured on your numbers and fully owning your results.
- Self-motivated and dependable in a remote setting.
- Comfortable working inside CRM software.
Big Plus (Not Required)
- Experience working with land investors or in real estate (land, wholesaling, or REI).
- Familiarity with motivated-seller conversations and acquisitions funnels.
- You already know what "speed to lead" and "appointment-set rate" mean before you read this post.
