Lead Intake Specialist

Role Overview: Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with experience in customer service, sales, with a knowledge of real estate fundamentals? Do you excel at conducting client calls and gathering detailed information? If so, we want you to join our team! As the Lead Intake Manager / Lead Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for property sellers reaching out to our company. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct initial qualifying calls with sellers to understand their motivations and gather specific details about the property they wish to sell. You will collect all this data in an organized fashion for our team to use in follow-up calls and for analyzing potential offers and the property's viability.

Responsibilities:
Conduct lead intake calls with potential property sellers (inbound leads only)
Qualify leads based on set criteria
Respond to leads promptly with a sense of urgency
Collect and document critical data about properties and sellers' situations
Follow a structured script, using judgment to ask additional questions for thorough information gathering
Ensure each seller has a positive and professional first impression of our company
Maintain sensitivity and professionalism in all interactions

Experience Required:
Proven experience in Customer Service or Sales
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous experience in real estate is an asset, but not a requirement

General Requirements:
Strong internet connection
Willingness to work during Canadian work hours
Flexible availability (15-20 hours per week, on call)
Excellent English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Virtual position: work from anywhere
