**Position: Lead Getter**

**Job Description:**
Island Kava Co is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Getter to fuel our sales funnel. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential business leads within the herbal supplement industry. You will collect comprehensive information about these businesses, their owners, and their communities, and determine how IKC can provide value to them. You will compile this data into weekly reports.

**Compensation:**
2-3 USD/HR
- **Hourly Rate:** Competitive, with opportunities to significantly increase income based on performance.
- **Commission:** Take home a piece of the pie with leads that you provided that close ! Commissions up to 10% !
- **Bonus:** Quarterly bonuses based on performance.
- **Training:** Provided, with opportunities for increased commission and further professional development.

**Requirements:**
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work early hours and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other web sources to find leads.
- Ambitious, disciplined, with a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.

-Experience using Google Drive, Discord, Excel, Presentations, and reliable internet
- Any tangible experience in data collection is a plus
- knowledge in the botanical industry will make you a preferred candidate
