Lead Generator – Cold Calling, Appointment Setting & Document Collection

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments. Your primary responsibility will be cold and warm calling, identifying individuals who can benefit from our services, and creating valuable connections.

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, and persistent individual who can easily engage in meaningful conversations, quickly identify client needs and positioning solutions that add value. You possess the patience and professionalism required to handle objections and complaints effectively.

Responsibilities:
> Conduct outbound cold calls using a dialer system to generate and qualify leads.
> Answer incoming calls from prospective homeowners.
> Use value-based scripts to establish rapport and communicate benefits effectively.
> Ask targeted questions to identify client pain points and determine their needs.
> Engage in active listening and pick up on conversation cues.
> Accurately record client information in a CRM or Google Sheet.
> Address concerns, handle objections, and protect the company’s reputation.
> Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and ensure future lead opportunities.
> Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales progress.
> Submit a daily report via email at the end of each shift.

Requirements & Qualifications:
* Fluent English speaker (Neutral or American accent highly preferred)
* Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar sales/customer service role.
* Strong track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Familiarity with CRM software and dialer systems.
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
* Persistent, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling rejection.
* Patient and professional in managing client objections.

Work Schedule:
* Part-time: 11 AM - 3 PM EST (initial schedule)
* Potential for Full-time: 11 AM - 7 PM EST (based on appointment-setting success)
* US-based company – Graveyard shift for international applicants.
