We are a rapidly growing construction company specializing in retrofit services, ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), and balcony repairs. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to identify and connect with potential clients in both the residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

*Lead Research & Identification:
-Use city websites and public records to search for active or pending construction permits.
-Identify properties with ongoing or potential construction projects.
-Gather and organize property details, including contact information and project status.

*Outreach & Engagement:
-Contact property owners, via phone, email, or other communication channels.
-Introduce and promote our services, highlighting our expertise in retrofit construction, ADUs, and balcony repairs.

*Lead Tracking & Management:
-Maintain a detailed and organized lead database.
-Track the status of each lead, including follow-ups and communication history.
-Collaborate with the sales team by passing on qualified leads.

*Skills & Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Representative, or Telemarketer, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
-Excellent verbal communication and cold-calling skills.
-Experience using CRM systems to manage leads is a plus.

*Tools & Software Proficiency:
Google Sheets/Excel for lead tracking and organization.
