Job Description
Work from home with a small team in the logistics industry!
We are seeking for a competitive and motivated Lead Gen/Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting through outbound cold calling, with a strong background in identifying, filtering/research, and qualifying prospects. The Lead Gen/Appointment Setter will play a pivotal role in our sales process effectively managing leads in a pipeline using the CRM tools. Successful candidate will work closely with Account Executives to do warm lead call transfers or scheduling appointments. Excellent English communication skills, a detail-oriented approach to task, strong organizational skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships are essential to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential prospects using various tools or platforms then upload it to the CRM account.
• Cold Calling on generated leads to qualify and convert into an appointment for the Account Executive or Sales Rep.
Email communication, suggest strategies with email drip campaigns and direct email for further prospect engagement and copywriting.
• Assist marketing team with the distribution of marketing videos by posting on social media sites and other social media marketing techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities and develop effective lead generation strategies.
• Optimize lead generation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports or updates on activities and performance standards.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation (cold leads) and appointment setting (outbound calls) with related experience in the following:
• Calendar Management
• Copywriting
• Social Media Marketing
Email Campaign/Marketing
• CRM Management
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of using sales techniques to effectively qualify leads.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Tools such as HubSpot, Seamless, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Enthusiastic and positive mindset.
