Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM AEST

Crew Up is an Australian workforce platform connecting businesses with reliable workers across industries including hospitality, events, gaming, aged care, and disability support. We're growing quickly and are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help expand our business network.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and motivated Virtual Assistant to identify and generate qualified business leads across Australia. You'll play a key role in helping our sales team connect with businesses that could benefit from Crew Up.
Responsibilities
• Research and identify businesses within our target industries.
• Generate qualified leads platforms and different resources.
• Source business contact details, including decision-makers,
• Verify and maintain accurate lead information.
• Update and manage lead databases and CRM records.
• Organise and track daily tasks using Trello.
• Work closely with the Sales team to achieve weekly lead generation targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure high data accuracy.
Requirements
• Previous experience in lead generation, prospecting, or B2B research.
• Experience using lead generation tools such as Apollo or similar platforms.
• Strong internet research and data verification skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and grammar.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Trello for task management.
• Able to work independently while meeting daily and weekly KPIs.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
Preferred
• Experience generating leads for Australian businesses.
• Familiarity with CRM and Lead Generation systems
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is highly regarded.
