Tailor messaging to address client needs and pain points effectively.
Product Recommendation:
Provide product recommendations and solutions based on client requirements.
Continuous Learning on Product Specifications:
Stay updated on product specifications, features, and updates.
Participate in internal training sessions to enhance knowledge of product and system specifications.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with tea
Outbound Calls (Sometimes):
Conduct outbound calls as needed to follow up on leads or support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Experience in outbound calling is a plus but not required
