We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our in-house team, focused on bringing in new clients and expanding our creator and influencer networks to drive sign-ups for The Collective platform. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, strategic, and excited about outreach, cold lead generation, and building relationships.

As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential new clients (brands), creators, and influencers, executing cold lead campaigns, and leveraging various platforms to maximize lead acquisition.

Qualifications & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a related role.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and brand partnerships.
Experience using lead-gen tools such as Hypebol, Heyreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Proficiency in email scraping, cold email outreach, and CRM management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
