OTE (On-Target Earnings): ?90,000+ PHP / month (Based on booking 20 sat appointments)

We are a growing digital agency looking for a hungry, self-motivated Prospecting Virtual Assistant to join our team. If you love the thrill of the hunt, enjoy sparking conversations on social media, and want a role where your paycheck directly reflects your performance, this is for you.

You don’t need to be a finished product—full training, scripts, and daily support are provided. We just need your energy, consistency, and a drive to hit targets.

What You’ll Do (The Core Focus)
Your main objective is to find qualified leads and turn cold connections into booked, sat meetings. You will be executing outbound organic prospecting across four main channels:


Facebook & Instagram: Engaging in relevant groups, managing outbound DMs, and building relationships.
LinkedIn: Connecting with target decision-makers and using personalized outreach sequences.
TikTok: Identifying potential clients, engaging with their content, and shifting conversations to the DMs.

Flawless Written English: You can chat naturally, confidently, and professionally without sounding like a rigid bot.
Social Media Savvy: You know your way around FB, IG, LinkedIn, and TikTok like the back of your hand.
Resilience & Consistency: Outbound prospecting is a numbers game. You need a positive attitude that doesn't get discouraged by "no" or no response.
Reliable Setup: A dependable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a backup power solution.
