Lead Generation & Outbound Sale Specialist

Are you a results-driven lead generation expert with a knack for business-to-business outbound Sales that convert? We're looking for two specialists with 3–6 years of experience in outbound sales, marketing, CRM setup, and telemarketing to join our team and help us scale.

What You’ll Do:
* Setup and manage lead generation systems from scratch
* Create and execute outbound campaigns
* Work closely with sales and marketing to align strategies
* Use tools like Upgrade to see actual info for targeting and outreach
* Handle telemarketing tasks and qualify leads
* Setup and manage CRM systems to track and nurture leads

Requirements:
business to business sales and marketing are a plus

*3–6 years of experience in lead generation and outbound Sales, Calls, and Campaigns
*Strong telemarketing background
*Hands-on experience setting up and managing CRMs
*Proven experience using Upgrade to see actual info
*Excellent command of spoken and written English

Compensation:
*Salary: ?34,000–?55,000/month (depending on experience)
*Monthly Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus based on individual performance and results
