Lead Generation & Meta Ads Virtual Assistant (Australian Timezone))

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in lead generation, data scraping and Meta Ads to support our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead Generation & Data Scraping
-Research and build targeted lead lists.
-Find business owners and decision-makers across Australia.
-Source contact details including email addresses, phone numbers and social profiles.
-Organise and maintain lead databases in Google Sheets and CRM systems.
-Verify and clean data to ensure accuracy.
-Research franchise groups, fitness businesses, medical businesses and other industries.

Meta Ads Support
-Assist with creating and managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
-Create custom audiences and lead forms.
-Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting.
-Upload creatives and make basic campaign adjustments.
-Support lead generation campaigns and funnel optimisation.

General Marketing Support
-Spreadsheet management and reporting.
-Data entry and research tasks.
-Support the marketing and sales team as required.
-Assist with AI tools and automation where appropriate.

Requirements
-Previous experience in lead generation and data scraping.
-Experience using Meta Ads Manager.
-Strong Google Sheets and Excel skills.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Strong written English communication skills.
-Reliable internet connection.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
