???? Position: Lead Generation & Marketing VA (Full-Time – Organic & Paid Strategist)

We’re looking for a revenue-generating digital marketer who understands how to attract attention, build trust, and turn content into consistent, qualified leads.
Dominion Wealth & Insurance Group is a national financial movement serving families across the U.S., helping them protect their legacies and build real generational wealth. We’re scaling quickly — and need a lead generation specialist who can match that energy.
Your Mission:
Generate 100–200 qualified leads per week through smart, ethical, and consistent organic and paid marketing strategies — while fully owning the performance, reporting, and optimization of lead flows.
This is a full-time, high-impact role where you'll collaborate directly with our CEO, Integrator, and Funnel/Tech team to drive growth for our agency, our advisors, and the families we serve.

YouTube (SEO-friendly videos, lead magnet callouts, Shorts)

(Occasional: TikTok, LinkedIn depending on campaigns or audience tests)
Core Responsibilities:
Organic Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
Distribute lead magnets in strategic
Repurpose webinars, checklists, and tools into lead-generating Instagram and YouTube content
Engage with posts, comments, and groups to spark real conversations
Manage and track landing pages, lead forms, opt-ins, and referrals via Go High Level
Use Circle and YouTube strategically to build and convert your audience
Paid Ads & Traffic Boosting (Secondary)
Support Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads setup, testing, and optimization
Test ad creatives, copy variations, and target audiences
Track and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, and conversion rates
Build and monitor retargeting campaigns and warm-up funnels
Funnel Support & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with the Funnel Builder to drive traffic to lead pages
Coordinate campaign content with the graphics/video team for engagement + conversions
Turn speaking clips, Reels, and testimonials into CTA-focused posts
Track and report campaign success by funnel or magnet
Data & Reporting
Track leads by platform and source: FB groups, ads, YouTube,
Weekly performance reports: CPL, leads, opt-ins, booked calls
Analyze and recommend what to test, improve, or retire

Required Skills & Tools:
1+ year experience in digital marketing or lead generation
Familiar with social platforms listed above and how to use them to drive leads
Strong English (writing hooks, captions, subject lines, and DM replies)
Tools: Go High Level, Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Zapier, Canva
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in insurance, financial services, or coaching
Have built or managed lead magnets, webinar flows, or funnels
Know how to use ChatGPT, AI tools, or content repurposing strategies
Position Details:
Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Biweekly Pay: $300–$400 USD depending on experience
