Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution

Plan and implement cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS outreach campaigns that capture and nurture qualified leads.
Conduct Google scraping for both local and nationwide businesses to continually expand our prospect lists.
Lead Nurturing & Funnel Management

Set up automated nurture sequences in GoHighLevel to guide leads through the customer journey.
Qualify and disqualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring only high-potential prospects proceed to the sales team.
Content & Creative

Craft highly engaging emails and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
Collaborate with design teams (if needed) to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all campaign touchpoints.
Data Analysis & Optimization

Track, analyze, and interpret lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
Report key insights and propose innovative solutions for scaling results.
Collaboration & Handoff

Work closely with the sales team to handoff sales-ready leads and ensure a seamless experience for prospects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to tailor campaigns to the unique needs of multiple niches.
Qualifications
Proven experience in running cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS outreach campaigns.
Proficiency in GoHighLevel for creating and managing automated workflows and funnels.
Expertise in Google scraping for prospecting, including local and national business databases.
Strong copywriting skills, with an ability to craft compelling emails and landing pages.
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to optimize and scale lead generation efforts.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with multiple industries/niches; agency background is a plus.
