Job Title:
Lead Generation & Cold Email Sales Specialist

Job Description:
NSDigital, a leading Social Media Marketing Agency, is seeking an experienced and driven Lead Generation & Cold Email Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality lead lists, manually sending cold emails, scheduling calls, and closing deals—all using an assigned company email.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead List Building: Create and manage targeted lead lists using a provided website resource.
? Manual Cold Email Marketing: Send 50-100 personalized cold emails daily from the assigned company email address, ensuring that you cc the supervisor on each email.
? Sales & Closing: Follow up on interested leads, schedule calls, and work to close deals effectively.
? Social Media Marketing: Leverage your knowledge in social media marketing to assist with closing deals and engaging with potential clients.
? Collaboration: Work closely with the team by cc’ing the supervisor on all outbound emails to ensure transparency and support.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in lead list building, manual cold email marketing, closing deals, and social media marketing.
? Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific processes.
? Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on meeting daily targets.

Compensation:

? This is a commission-based role. You will be paid for each deal closed.
? No base salary; earnings directly correlate with your performance.
