Job Overview
Mr Premium Windows is seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our customer base. This role is responsible for engaging with potential customers, following up with past clients, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
You will be the first point of contact with customers and play a key role in driving revenue through strong communication and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners
Identify and engage new potential customers
Generate and qualify leads for window replacement services
Customer Follow-Up
Follow up with previous customers and old leads
Re-engage prospects who did not close previously
Maintain consistent communication to convert leads into appointments
Appointment Setting
Schedule in-home or virtual estimates for the sales team
Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
Ensure all appointments are properly logged in CRM
Customer Relationship Management
Track all interactions using CRM system
Maintain accurate and updated customer records
Monitor pipeline and follow-up timelines
Review & Referral Requests
Ask satisfied customers for Google reviews
Request referrals from past customers
Help build strong online reputation for the company
Communication & Outreach
Send follow-up emails, SMS, and messages
Respond to inbound inquiries quickly
Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times
Daily Activities
Cold calling (high volume)
Following up with warm and past leads
Sending emails and text messages
Confirming next-day appointments
Updating CRM and tracking performance
Requirements
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with high-volume calling
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Basic computer skills (CRM, email, spreadsheets)
Preferred Skills
Experience in home improvement industry (windows, roofing, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
Compensation
Base pay + performance bonuses
Commission per appointment or closed deal (optional structure)
