As a Lead Generator for HiTech Painting Inc., your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth in the commercial and residential painting sectors. You will play a key role in the company’s marketing campaign by generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of the sales and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Prospecting and Research
Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, business directories, and industry networks.
Build and maintain a list of qualified leads, including contact details and relevant information.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Outreach and Engagement
Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling,
Develop and deliver effective sales pitches to introduce HiTech Painting Inc.'s services and value proposition.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team with interested leads.
Lead Qualification and Management
Assess and qualify leads based on company criteria and project requirements.
Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Offer feedback to the marketing team to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Provide information and support to address client questions and objections.
Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team.
Performance Improvement
Continuously refine lead generation strategies based on market feedback and campaign results.
Attend industry events and trade shows to build connections and generate leads.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance lead generation success.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the construction or painting industry.
