Lead Gen Expert & Outreach Pro (Long-Term Collaboration)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable lead gen expert to help us with outreach, job applications, and lead generation. This role is super important to our agency’s growth, and we’re looking for someone who’s genuinely excited to help us expand our client base by applying to quality projects consistently.

You will be using our pre-defined templates and strategies to apply for jobs in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Full-Stack Development/Engineering projects. Your role will be to help us generate leads which you’ll be expected to follow specific guidelines, and ensure proposals are customized to the client’s needs/expectations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a lead gen or in a similar outreach or sales role.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Ability to quickly understand project requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our unique approach and continuously improve.

Nice-To-Have Skills (but not required)
- Experience working with creative agencies or tech startups.
- Understanding of UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Web Development, or AI tools.
