Lawyer (Contracts and Content Writing)

We are a dynamic firm specializing in Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Government Contracting services. We're seeking a legal professional who can combine contract expertise with strong writing abilities to support our growing client base.
Primary Responsibilities:

Government Contract Work:

Prepare and submit contract proposals for federal government opportunities
Ensure proposals meet all RFP requirements and compliance standards
Review and interpret solicitation documents
Track proposal deadlines and submission requirements

Client Contract Management:

Draft and customize service agreements for digital marketing and web development clients
Review and update existing client contracts
Ensure all contracts protect company interests while maintaining client satisfaction
Maintain organized contract documentation system

Content Creation:

Write engaging, SEO-optimized content for client websites
Produce industry-specific articles and blog posts
Create compelling website copy that drives conversion
Ensure all content meets legal compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active state bar license in good standing
Experience with federal government contracting procedures
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
Excellent writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Experience with SEO and digital content creation
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
