Lawn Care Operations & Client Success Coordinator

We run a growing lawn care company in San Antonio, TX specializing in weed control, fertilization, and recurring lawn maintenance. We need someone who has worked in lawn care or home services over the phone — someone who understands the industry, can talk to clients confidently, and helps us run a tighter operation.
This is a high level virtual role. We're not looking for a basic VA. We need someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and grows with us.

CLIENT & SALES SUPPORT

Conduct estimates over the phone and via photos submitted by field techs
Experience pricing weed control, fertilization, and landscape services — required
Manage quote follow-up sequences for leads that didn't close at 3, 7, and 14 days
Handle cancellation save attempts before clients churn
Build and manage client retention touch base sequences

OPERATIONS & REPORTING

Keep lead tracking and CRM data clean and updated
Pull reports and surface key numbers for the owner
Build SOPs and document processes as you learn the business
Organize Google Drive for field and office use

SALES SUPPORT

Participate in weekly call review sessions and provide notes
Track call scoring data and close rates over time
Sales training experience is a plus — not required

What We Need

Phone experience in lawn care, weed control, pest control, or home services — southern states strongly preferred
Knowledge of southern lawn care a strong bonus — grub damage, insect damage, watering schedules, and common turf issues in Texas, Louisiana, and surrounding states
Confident communicator with a neutral English accent — you will be on calls with US clients daily
Organized, self-directed, fast responder
Tech savvy — Service Autopilot, GoHighLevel, or CRM experience a strong plus
Dual monitors, webcam, fast stable internet
Available US Central time hours including some evenings and Saturdays — Saturdays required
