Launch & CRM Funnel Operator — Project-Based

Remote | Music / Sync / Event Launch | CRM + Automation

We are looking for a highly organised Launch & CRM Funnel Operator to support the launch of an upcoming 3-part sync strategy event series, Closing the Deal, and to help set up automated lead nurturing workflows for our wider business.

This is a project-based role focused on CRM setup, lead flow, automation, Eventbrite integration, website lead capture, email reminders, nurture sequences, funnel tracking, and launch support.

This is not a general social media role.

The role will support the founder in implementing and managing the event launch funnel from application through approval, payment, onboarding, reminders, and post-event follow-up, while also helping automate wider lead nurturing using our existing templates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and organise the CRM pipeline for event leads
• Connect Eventbrite applications into the CRM where possible
• Help integrate website enquiry/application forms into the CRM
• Create lead tags, stages, and tracking workflows
• Build automated email/reminder flows for the Closing the Deal launch
• Support application, approval, payment, onboarding, and post-event workflows
• Set up wider lead nurture automations using our existing email/message templates
• Segment leads by source, interest, membership type, and buying stage
• Create follow-up flows for warm leads, cold leads, event leads, membership enquiries, and past prospects
• Track leads and identify drop-off points
• Create a simple dashboard or tracker for launch and nurture performance
• Test the full funnel before launch
• Provide weekly progress updates
• Create handover notes at the end of the project

• Website form integrations
• Zapier, Make, Airtable, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar
• Lead tracking and funnel setup
• B2B customer journeys
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
