Long-Form YouTube Editor
We need an editor to turn raw footage into tight, high-retention long-form videos (8–20 min).
You'll: cut filler/dead air, add B-roll, music, SFX, text overlays, and simple motion graphics, do basic color and audio cleanup, and edit for pacing and retention.
Requirements: 2+ years long-form YouTube editing, Premiere/DaVinci/Final Cut, strong storytelling and pacing, good English, reliable internet, meets deadlines.
