LOGO Graphic Designer — Custom SHIRTS & Branding (Remote)

Tee Vision Printing is a Philadelphia-based custom screen printing shop, and we're hiring our lead graphic designer. This isn't a churn-out-basic-designs role. We want someone who thinks about what will actually make a client's brand look great, not just what fills the order.
What you'll do create LOGOS for customers, LOGO templates,

Edit and refine designs customers send us
Build custom designs from scratch based on client ideas
Create digital mockups for client approval
Design template collections for specific niches (graduations, churches, cafés, pizza shops, small businesses)
Customize existing templates on request

Who we're looking for

A real designer with experience and a strong portfolio — not Pinterest/Etsy-level work
Sharp instincts for branding and what looks good for a specific audience
Takes initiative and brings ideas to the table
Fluent English, excellent communicator — you'll email clients directly about artwork, edits, and approvals, and work closely with our sales team
Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and scale output
Ready to grow with us: this person will eventually train and lead a team of designers

Nice to have

Screen printing knowledge and color separation experience is a plus — but if you don't have it, we'll train you

Hours

Aligned to EST (US East Coast), with some flexibility
