We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Kajabi Expert who can help manage course content, edit videos, organize digital assets, and support online launches.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, creating polished content, and working with online education platforms.

Responsibilities
Kajabi
Build and update landing pages
Create offers and checkout pages
Upload and organize courses
Upload videos, PDFs, worksheets, and downloads
Create email sequences and broadcasts
Set up automations
Test funnels and student experience
Troubleshoot Kajabi issues
Video & Content Editing
Edit training videos
Add titles, captions, callouts, and graphics
Create short-form clips and reels
Resize content for different platforms
Generate and clean transcripts
Organize video libraries
Course Production
Convert raw training into structured lessons
Create course outlines
Upload lesson content
Format worksheets and handouts
Maintain course quality standards
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor Kajabi metrics
Track opt-ins, sales, and conversions
Prepare weekly performance reports
Identify areas for improvement
General Support
Manage digital assets
Maintain organized file systems
Follow SOPs and checklists
Assist during launches and promotions
Required Skills
Must Have
Strong Kajabi experience
Video editing experience
Excellent English
Attention to detail
Ability to follow systems and processes
