About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, entry-level applicants, or QA professionals with up to 4 years of experience.
The Junior QA Engineer will help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our web and mobile products through manual testing, bug reporting, documentation, and close collaboration with developers, designers, and product tea
Key Responsibilities
Review requirements, user stories, designs, and acceptance criteria.
Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using ClickUp.
Collaborate with developers, designers, product owners, and other tea
Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing when needed.
Test web and mobile applications across different devices, browsers, and environments.
Help maintain QA documentation, test reports, and release notes.
Participate in team activities such as planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute ideas to improve QA processes as the team grows.
Required Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
0–4 years of experience in software testing, QA, or related work.
Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to investigate issues carefully.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work with a team and collaborate with different roles.
Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies.
Organized, responsible, and proactive in reporting issues.
Best-to-Have Skills
Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts.
Familiarity with ClickUp or other project/task management tools.
Basic understanding of web and mobile application testing.
Basic knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum workflow.
Exposure to test case writing and bug reporting.
Basic understanding of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus, but not required.
ISTQB Foundation Certification is a plus, but not required.
