Role Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Junior Marketing Assistant to support our team with day-to-day marketing operations. The Junior Marketing Assistant will focus on social media management, graphic design, video asset creation, and basic ad management.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Create and schedule posts across our social media platforms.
Engage with followers and monitor trends relevant to education and tutoring.
Graphic & Video Creation
Design eye-catching visuals.
Edit videos for social media, website, and
Ads Management
Create engaging ad assets (images and videos) optimized for different placements.
Stay up-to-date with platform trends and best practices to inform ad strategy.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on brainstorming creative ad concepts.
Assist with setting up, monitoring, and reporting on campaign performance.
Content Creation
Help develop marketing content that showcases our tutors' expertise and resonates with students and parents.
Administrative Support
Manage basic marketing administrative tasks, including organising digital assets, updating content calendars, and compiling reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or as a virtual assistant with marketing responsibilities.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Video editing skills (both long and short-form).
- Experience managing social media accounts for business purposes.
- Understanding of Meta
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education or experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Previous experience working with educational institutions or services.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Experience with content scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
Hours & Compensation
- Required Availability: 25 hours per week; 9 AM - 3 PM Philippine Time (11 AM - 5 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time).
- Some flexibility within these hours, but consistent overlap with Australian business hours is essential.
