Junior FP&A Analyst – Advanced Excel, NetSuite & Tableau

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for maintaining financial models, analyzing trends, and developing dashboards using Excel, NetSuite, or Tableau. The ideal candidate must have strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and experience in FP&A best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Analyze revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations.

Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes.

Create automated reports and dashboards in Excel, NetSuite, or Tableau to enhance financial reporting efficiency.

Work cross-functionally with other teams to improve financial planning processes.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years in financial planning & analysis, business analysis, or financial reporting.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, Index-Match, complex formulas).

NetSuite experience (navigating financial reports, extracting data, and building reports).

Tableau experience (creating dashboards, visualizing financial data, and presenting insights).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
