Join Our Team as a Property Manager – Team Leader!

Love the fast-paced world of short-term rentals? We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Property Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and our guests happy. If you’re proactive, solutions-driven, and have a strong background in short-term rental or hotel management, we’d love to hear from you! As we grow, you will be responsible as a team leader for the communication team.

As a key player in our operations, you'll manage listings across Booking.com, Airbnb, and VRBO/Stayz, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient property management.

What We’re Looking For:
? Experience: 3+ years in short-term rental or hotel management.
? Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
? Contractor Management: Ability to source, schedule, and negotiate pricing with contractors.
? Process-Oriented: Strong ability to follow and improve systems and workflows.
? Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Australian / Asian property management landscape.
? Customer Service: Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
? Attention to Detail: Ensuring properties meet high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
? Flexibility: Available to respond to urgent matters and adapt to changing situations.
? Administrative Skills: Responding to emails, handling general admin tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Software & Platform Expertise:
???? Property Management Software: Experience with platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway, or similar. We use a new system called Property Stack, and while prior experience with it is not required, we provide full training to ensure a smooth transition.
???? Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO/Stayz: Proficiency in managing these platforms.
???? WhatsApp and Whatsapp business : Comfortable using these tools for communication.

- Schedule:Thursday to Tuesday, 8.30 AM - 5 PM Australian time (Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday).
- $8 AUD per hour, approximately 45 hours per week. - $1,300 per month.
