Virtual Assistant specializing in cold calling, appointment setting, and marketing, you will be responsible for:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients and leads, qualifying them, and setting appointments for follow-up or meetings with the sales team.
Appointment Setting:
Scheduling and coordinating appointments with potential clients, ensuring smooth communication between our team and prospects.
Real Estate & Wholesale Marketing:
Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive interest in our real estate and wholesale properties. This includes
CRM Management:
Managing and updating our CRM system with leads, appointments, and relevant details to track progress and performance.
Reporting & Analytics:
Monitoring call activity, conversion rates, and campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, particularly in real estate or wholesale real estate.
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, especially wholesale real estate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using CRM software and other tools for communication and scheduling.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
