Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Prospecting Assistant/Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of our company. As a Prospecting Assistant/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
Use various tools and platforms to find and engage with prospects.
Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to ensure they are prepared for scheduled appointments.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Provide feedback on prospecting processes and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role (appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong research and data analysis abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and other prospecting tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
