About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Web Developer with expertise in Squarespace and Shopify to join our team full-time. As the primary developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining engaging, high-converting websites for our brand, ImpressionCheck, as well as other e-commerce projects. This role involves creating a flagship Squarespace site for our SaaS product and managing five Shopify-based e-commerce sites for diverse businesses.

This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, technical skill, and e-commerce expertise to make an immediate impact on multiple brands.

Responsibilities
ImpressionCheck Squarespace Website

Build and maintain a fully responsive Squarespace site for our AI-powered survey software.
Develop and integrate core pages, including:
Home Page (features, benefits, call-to-actions).
Pricing Page (interactive pricing tables for survey credits).
Features Page (highlighting key functionalities, e.g., flash surveys, analytics, shareable links).
How It Works Page (step-by-step guide to the platform).
Contact/Support Page (forms for inquiries).
Implement e-commerce functionality for purchasing credits using Squarespace Commerce.
Optimize UX/UI for desktop and mobile.
Shopify Website Management

Build, optimize, and maintain five Shopify websites for various e-commerce brands.
Tasks include:
Setting up product pages, collections, and categories.
Customizing Shopify themes for a cohesive, branded experience.
Implementing Shopify apps for enhanced functionality (e.g., reviews, loyalty programs, upsells).
Maintaining seamless payment gateway integrations.
Cross-Platform Features

Ensure consistency in brand design and messaging across all sites.
Integrate analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) for performance tracking.
Optimize SEO for all sites, including metadata, keywords, and alt tags.
User Experience and Testing

Conduct regular UX audits to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Run site performance tests and resolve bugs promptly.
Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with the marketing team to align website content with campaign goals.
Incorporate feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the websites.
Provide insights on trends and best practices in web design and e-commerce.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:

Proven expertise with Squarespace and Shopify, including custom theme development.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile.
Experience integrating e-commerce tools, payment gateways, and third-party apps.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools for optimization.
Familiarity with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create or optimize visuals.
Experience with APIs and custom integrations for advanced functionality.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor customizations.
Experience working with SaaS platforms or e-commerce marketing teams.
