Build a secure login-based portal or dashboard for booked clients
Include onboarding steps: tech setup checklists, form submissions, upload areas, and video prep guidance
Track client progress through onboarding steps and send reminders or updates accordingly

3. CRM & Lead Capture Features
Set up tracking and tagging for visitors who browse but don’t book
Integrate with email marketing/CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
Create light automations to follow up with leads (e.g., email drips, abandoned bookings, content offers)

Experience integrating 3rd-party tools like booking software, CRMs, and email services
Familiarity with creating portals or custom dashboards (via Memberstack, Firebase, or similar)
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; PHP or Node.js a plus
Strong UX sense and ability to collaborate based on user flows and mockups
Able to work independently and provide technical recommendations

-----

Nice to Have (but not required):

Knowledge of GDPR compliance and data security best practices
Familiarity with video platforms or APIs (e.g., Loom, Vimeo, Zoom integrations)
Ability to work with Airtable, Zapier, or Make for no-code/low-code automations

-----

Work Schedule:
