Talent Sourcing & Job Application Coordinator (Remote – US Job Market)
About the Role
I am a U.S.-based senior professional actively seeking new career opportunities and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my job search process. This role involves researching relevant job openings, submitting high-quality applications, and maintaining accurate tracking systems.
This is not a mass-application role. Accuracy, judgment, and professionalism are extremely important.
Responsibilities
• Research and identify relevant job postings based on defined criteria (job title, salary range, location, and industry)
• Apply only to roles that closely match provided guidelines
• Submit accurate and complete applications through company career portals and job boards
• Customize pre-written responses when required
• Maintain a detailed Google Sheet tracking all applications (company, role, link, date applied, status, notes)
• Monitor application confirmations and flag recruiter responses
• Ensure no duplicate applications are submitted
• Follow a structured daily workflow and meet agreed-upon targets
• Strong written English skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
• Comfortable navigating U.S.-based company career portals
• Organized, reliable, and process-oriented
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
Preferred but not required:
• Experience supporting recruiting, HR, or sales professionals
• Familiarity with U.S. job market terminology
Work Structure
• Part-time (2–4 hours per day)
• Monday–Friday preferred
• Long-term potential based on performance
• Paid hourly
