JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Jira Administrator
Location: Mega Manila, Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Jira Administrator / Project Coordinator to join our team. This dual role involves managing Jira software configurations and project coordination activities to ensure seamless project execution and support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Jira administration and project coordination, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Jira Administration:
Configure and manage Jira software, including creating and managing projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
Ensure Jira meets the needs of project teams by customizing dashboards, reports, and filters.
Troubleshoot and resolve Jira-related issues and provide user support and training.
Maintain Jira best practices and stay updated with new features and updates.
Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and other development teams to integrate Jira with other tools and systems.

Project Coordination:
Assist with the coordination of project activities, track project progress, and manage project documentation on a DAILY or regular basis.
Support project managers and team members in planning, executing, and closing projects.
Work with the Systems Coach for training and development tasks
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in Jira administration and project coordination.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Jira software and project management tools.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with Scrum Master responsibilities.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project management.

Work Hours:
6pm-3am PHT or 6am-3pm EST
Monday-Friday
