Role Overview:
We are seeking a jewelry CAD designer who bridges the gap between digital design and physical manufacturing. You will turn concepts into production-ready 3D models and work directly with our factory to ensure that we cast, set, and finish the final pieces flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Create precise 3D CAD models (Rhino, MatrixGold, or ZBrush) tailored for jewelry manufacturing.
Optimize designs for production (accounting for wall thickness, metal shrinkage, and stone settings).
Liaise directly with the factory to review 3D prints, waxes, and physical prototypes to troubleshoot any manufacturing defects.
Requirements:
2+ years of jewelry-specific CAD modeling experience.
Proven experience collaborating directly with jewelry factories/casting houses.
A portfolio showing both 3D CAD renders and the final, manufactured physical pieces.
To Apply: Please share the link of your resume and portfolio link and a brief note about your factory collaboration experience.
