Job Title: Investor Onboarding and Subscription Specialist (Remote)
Job Description:
Aspen Funds is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Onboarding and Subscription Specialist to provide essential support to our investor relations team. This is a fully remote, full-time contract position. We are a leading private equity firm focused on alternative investing, and this role is critical to ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of investor subscription agreements. You will be working closely with our Head of Investor Concierge to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for our valued investors and support the mission of caring for families by providing a trusted investment experience.
About the Role:
As the Investor Onboarding and Subscription Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the investor onboarding process, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation. Your meticulous attention to detail, ability to work quickly and efficiently, and strong administrative skills will be essential to your success in this role. You will be an individual contributor working in a support capacity, collaborating with the Head of Investor Concierge to manage investor accounts and facilitate the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately complete and process investor subscription agreements, ensuring all information is correct and compliant.
* Support the Head of Investor Concierge in gathering required information from investors.
* Proactively identify and report any missing or incomplete investor information to the Head of Investor Concierge promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and subscription status in HubSpot CRM.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance) as needed to ensure seamless onboarding.
* Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to timely document processing.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in administrative roles, including prior management experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High emotional intelligence and a professional, courteous demeanor.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation:
$12 - $15 per hour.
Remote Work Expectations:
Must be available to work during core business hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Regular communication via Zoom video conferencing is required.
Daily reports on started and completed subscription documents are required.
Daily attendance of our morning huddle. Must have camera on and present yourself professionally
Weekly attendance of our weekly L10 meeting. Must have camera on and present yourself professionally
Contract Terms:
This is a full-time contract position. Contractors are eligible for paid holidays and sick leave as outlined in the company's contractor agreement.
