Job Summary

The NetSuite Inventory Manager oversees inventory accuracy, supply and demand planning, sales orders, purchase orders, work orders, forecasting, quality control, and shipping within NetSuite ERP. This role ensures seamless operations by optimizing stock levels, improving fulfillment efficiency, and coordinating procurement and production.

Key Responsibilities
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Supply & Demand Planning: Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and historical data.
• Sales & Purchase Orders: Ensure timely processing, track backorders, and manage vendor performance.
• Work Orders & Production: Schedule work orders, ensure material availability, and optimize workflow.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Monitor product quality, manage returns, and enforce safety standards.
• Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate shipments, optimize freight costs, and resolve delivery issues.
• NetSuite Utilization: Generate reports, improve workflows, and train staff on best practices.

Qualifications
• 3+ years inventory management experience (preferably in NetSuite).
• Expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, and order fulfillment.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
