Argument-Driven Inquiry (ADI) is a dynamic and innovative STEM education company. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory and Supply Chain Specialist with a focus on Shopify operations to join our team on a long-term, full-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in inventory management, China sourcing, and product listing, coupled with strong skills in supply chain and logistics management. In addition, the candidate should possess expertise in SEO.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and conduct inventory forecasting based on sales trends.
- Oversee inventory shipments from China to the US, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
- Perform regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Update and manage stock levels in Shopify, aligning with inventory forecasting.

2. China Sourcing and Procurement:
- Conduct supplier research and build strong relationships with vendors.
- Monitor production processes in adherence to company quality guidelines.
- Implement and manage plans and guidelines related to operations and standard operating procedures (SOP).

3. Supply Chain and Logistics Management:
- Oversee and manage 3PL (third-party logistics) partners.
- Formulate and execute plans for effective supply chain and logistics operations.
- Monitor and update shipment progress, ensuring on-time deliveries.

4. Supplier Relations
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with suppliers on resolving issues and improving processes.

5. SEO Expertise:
- Conduct content writing for on-page optimization, enhancing product visibility.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Shopify inventory management and product listing.
- In-depth knowledge of China sourcing and procurement processes.
- Strong skills in supply chain and logistics management.
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency in SEO practices
